This is a reminder that every presenter needs to register by Friday 3d June  – otherwise we might not be able to programme you. General registration remains open until the day before the event. Please have a look at the many different ways you can register for online & in person attendance, there are volunteering options too. Please note that all registrations include organic lunches, dinners, teas & coffees. If you are presenting or showing a film work but are not able to take part & enjoy the symposium itself, then you don’t have to register.

You can also register as a steward – which means to only cover your meals, please let us know so we can send you the registration link & explain how it works.

The programme has now been published, there are still a few moving pieces, so recent changes will be updated soon.  For Workshops see below:  Please do share the symposium in your own circles & on social media

All workshops at Sentient Performativities will need to be pre-booked before the symposium. Booking went live on June 10 and some workshops are already fully booked.

Please bring with you:
movement clothes, outdoor clothes, rain gear and sturdy waterproof boots, a torch for nighttime, swimming costumes, writing materials, notebook, your own water bottle & keep cup, your own headphones, if you need your own yoga mat.
Do bring your own publications, as well as any flyers and materials that advertise your practice.

All hotel rooms are now sold out but we still have plenty of single student accommodation rooms available. You can camp on campsites close by as well. For those who wish to extend your stay at Dartington beyond 29th June – for some time out, you will need to book directly with Guest Services at the Dartington Hotel. All registrations (unless individually arranged) include organic vegetarian lunches, dinners, teas & coffees. All accommodation includes breakfast. There is also an organic cafe on site serving breakfast 10-12:00 and delicious lunch 12-4pm. If your dietary requirements go much beyond dairy free, gluten free, sugar free, vegan, vegetarian – please write to us, it might be necessary for you to arrange your own food.
