As we enter the final strait before the event, starting in a few weeks’ time, now is the time when people may find they need to make changes to their booking.
Our systems are a little complicated (sorry!) so this post will tell you how to make changes.
Changes to accommodation bookings and registrations
All bookings for which you have PAID (ie all registrations and accommodations, day workshops etc.) can be found at artdotearth.org. When you made a payment an account was automatically created for you so all you need to do is to go to the site, click the ‘Login’ menu item on the upper right hand corner and put your email address in. If you know your password enter it below OR if you don’t know your password just click ‘Lost your password?’ and you will receive an email telling you how to change your password.
Once you are logged in, choose the ‘Shop’ menu and then ‘My Account’. This will list all your Orders. If you want to make a change, please email us and let us know the original order number and what you would like to change.
Changes to workshop bookings
Workshop bookings will open next week (w/c June 6) and are made at the main event website.
If you need to make a change to an existing workshop booking follow the same procedure as above but on the event website.
Need to make a cancellation?
We are now past the point where we can make full refunds. This is because at this stage we have already spent some of the money we have received from you.

In summary, until June 12 we can offer a 50% refund on registrations minus a £10 processing fee; after that we are unable to offer any refund.
For accommodation we can no longer offer any refunds on hotel bookings (as per the terms of Dartington Hall Ltd) but if you need to cancel your accommodation you might try contacting Guest Services at Dartington directly at bookings@dartingtonhall.com. They may be able to re-sell the room and offer you a partial refund. If you have booked budget accommodation please contact us. We will not be able to offer any refund in budget accommodation after June 16.
